信州松本にも桜の季節が到来しました。
The cherry blossom season has arrived in Shinshu Matsumoto.
開花宣言を受け、松本城では、夜桜のライトアップもスタート。 22日まで開催され、20日夜には「松本城夜桜会」も行われます。
In response to the declaration of flowering, the illumination of cherry blossoms at night has started at Matsumoto Castle. It will be held until the 22nd, and the "Matsumoto Castle Night Cherry Blossom Party" will be held on the night of the 20th.

本日は節分。 玄関には、鬼は外！とばかりに柊と鰯で鬼退治です。
明神館では「ん」の付く野菜七種を調理し「七運盛り」をお出ししています。 金時人参で剥いた鬼の面と牛蒡で形どった鬼の金棒。 厨房の若いスタッフが一つ一つ手造りしています。 中には泣いたり、笑ったりしている鬼もいるかもしれません。
Setsubun today. The demon is outside at the entrance! It is a demon extermination with holly and sardines.
And tomorrow is the beginning of spring. It is customary to eat ingredients with "n" in order to take in luck at the turning point of the season from winter to spring.
At Myojinkan, we cook seven kinds of vegetables with "n" and serve "seven luck primes". A demon's face stripped with Kintoki carrot and a demon's gold stick shaped with burdock root. The young staff in the kitchen make each one by hand. Some demons may be crying or laughing.
