2020年春より実施しております、「扉の森の演奏会」。
音楽がもたらす1/fゆらぎという癒しのエネルギー。
その力を信じ、毎週土日にロビーにて奏者による演奏をいたしております。
2020年は、世界的に一つのウイルスにより今までの生活が大きく変化しました。
私たちホテル・旅館に関わる人だけでなく、全ての業種にとって大変な影響が出ている。
扉の森の演奏会は、優雅なひとときを楽しんでいただく為ではなく、
厳しい環境の中、自然の力を信じ、心労、疲労を癒しにお越しくださるお客様に
少しでも、心を癒していただきたい。そんな想いで始めさせていただきました。
しかしながら、私たちスタッフもウイルスによる恐怖を感じない日はございません。
その恐怖心も私達のオーナーからの一言で前向きな考え方に変わりました。
「こんな時代だからこそ、いつも以上にお客様を笑顔でお迎えし、お客様にも笑顔になっていただこう」
その言葉を聞き、なぜ笑顔になるのか。
自分自身が納得できるように調べました。
笑顔になると、
・免疫増強効果が期待できる
・ナチュラルキラー細胞活性効果が期待できる
・β-エンドルフィンというホルモンが分泌されることにより多幸感を得られる
という内容を知ることができました。
笑顔になっていただくことで、どこまで効果があるかはわかりません。
しかしながら、私たちにできることは、松本の山奥までお越しくださるお客様に少しでも心休まり、笑顔になるひとときを提供する。
非日常の世界から日常の世界にお戻りになる際に、元気に、活力を充電してお帰りいただきたい。
