〈扉の秋 和食編〉
先日、和食料理長内山の考える秋。のお話をいたしましたが、今日は、焼き物のご紹介。
脂がのった信州牛。
滴る肉汁とつけダレの香りががなんとも食欲をそそります。
この信州牛の中には秋の恵みが。
さて、信州牛で何を巻いているでしょう。

こんにちは、明神館企画広報のダリアです。
一昨日（９月２７日）は世界観光の日でした。世界観光の日に、松本必見の場所について取材してきましたので、少しご案内いたしますね。＜繩手通り＞扉温泉 明神館より車で約30分松本城より、徒歩で約５分松本は全世界から訪れるのに素敵な街です。 その理由は、日本の文化・歴史が隠されてる通りがたくさんあるからです。その通りの中の一つ、縄手通り そう呼ばれる小さな通りは、アンティークディーラーの店や日本の屋台があり、昔ながらの木製の橋も現存しています。昔カエルの声が響いた通りは川の土手に沿って伸びており、通りの入り口には通りの歴史を象徴するカエルの像があります。通りの手前には塩味からスパイシーな味まで様々な味を楽しめる、センベイのお店がございます。中へ進むと、”たい焼きふるさと”というたい焼きの専門店がございます。”りんご餡”や”味噌餡”など、信州松本ならではのめずらしいたい焼きもありますよ。松本の思い出として陶器、鉄製のティーポット、カエルの装身具、様々なかわいい物がたくさんある小さな雑貨店や手作りのお土産を購入できます。 繩手通は、松本に訪れる際の、休息のための素晴らしい場所になります。松本に来ましたら、是非繩手通を覗いてみてくださいね！ロシア出身のダリアより-ENG-There is a lot of history hidden in the streets of Matsumoto.Today we would like to tell you about the street called Nawate-dori.Nawate-dori is a bridge to ancient Japan with its antique dealers’ shops and Japanese food stalls. The street stretches along the bank of the river once echoed with the voices of frogs so the entrance of Nawate-dori marks with a frog statue as a symbol of the history of the street.At the beginning of the street you will find a snack shop with rice crackers called senbei with various tastes ranging from salty to spicy. A little bit further there is another small shop specializing in taiyaki, Japanese fish-shaped cake, called Taiyaki Furusato.This would be a perfect stop for a rest after visiting a variety of little knick-knack shops and hand-made souvenirs stores with pottery, steel teapots, frog trinkets and a lot of other cute things you can bring home as a good memory of Matsumoto.

松本はりんごの季節になりました。明神館では、大浴場の内風呂がりんご風呂になります。
9月末日まで、お楽しみください。
りんごは酸性のくだものですが、胃の中に入るとアルカリ性環境を作ります。酸を中和するアルカリ性の果物としてよく知られています。明神館の温泉はアルカリ単純泉で、水は肌の表面にあるオイルを溶かし、なめらかにリフレッシュさせます。内側と外側の両方で健康を維持する組み合わせです。りんご風呂にどうぞごゆっくりお過ごしくださいませ。
Apple bath
Yes, there are apples bobbing in the indoor hot spring of Myojinkan. Matsumoto is approaching the apple season that is why starting from today indoor bath become an apple bath. Apples are well-known as fruits creating an alkaline environment in your stomach to help neutralize acid. The water in our hot spring is alkaline too, it dissolves oil skin sells on the surface of your skin and make it smooth and refreshed. Perfect match to stay heathy both inside and outside.

ルレ・エ・シャトー日本支部30周年記念イベントとして、日本メンバーによるコラボレーション企画を2018年10月から2019年6月までの8か月間に渡って13ヵ所にて行い、その集大成として2019年10月に大阪でグランド・フィナーレ・ガラを行う運びとなりました。 このフィナーレガラが皆様との様々なご縁と大阪観光局の後援を頂いて開催できますこと深く感謝致します。日本支部全メンバーはもちろん、国際組織であるルレ・エ・シャトーの世界各地を代表して来日するシェフ共々と、一夜限りの夢の饗宴を大阪城が一望できる場所でフィナーレをご一緒に迎えらますこと、ルレ・エ・シャトーメンバー一同、心よりお待ち申し上げております。
As an event commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Japan branch of Relais et Chateau, a collaboration project by Japanese members was held at 13 locations over the eight months from October 2018 to June 2019, and the culmination of these events was in October 2019. We are going to hold a grand finale gala in Osaka. We are deeply grateful that this finale gala can be held with the support of the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau and various relationships with everyone. Not only all the members of the Japan branch, but also the chefs who come to Japan on behalf of the international organization Relais & Châteaux will welcome the finale together at a place where you can overlook Osaka Castle for a one-night dream feast. All the members of Relais & Châteaux are looking forward to hearing from you.
